I am a proud Colorado native who enjoys the many outdoor activities that all four seasons have to offer! Being an active member of the community and building relationships is very important to me.

I have been in the Financial Services industry with Bank of Colorado since 2009. I have a wide knowledge base and background in Consumer, Commercial and Agricultural lending, and currently specialize in Residential Mortgage Lending. I am an expert in First-Time Homebuyer Programs and Reverse Mortgages!

Lynne is the Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer of Bank of Colorado’s Brush branch and has 25+ years’ experience in banking and mortgage lending. Lynne takes pride in educating and helping her clients meet their financial goals. Lynne is well versed in mortgage loan programs, down payment assistance options and credit education. She is highly respected by local real estate agents and is thought of as trusted partner. Lynne can walk you through the process, from first-time homebuyers to buying your dream home to building wealth with investment properties.

Lynne can offer the whole spectrum of financing from conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, CHFA, jumbo and portfolio lending.

Lynne is community minded and is active in the Brush Rotary Club, serving as past President and has worked for many years as the Chair of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. She created and organized a 5K run/walk to benefit the clubs service programs and to help end Polio. Lynne’s passions include her love for our beautiful state and her beautiful family. She has been married to her husband, Craig, for 30 years and has two children, Cameron, and Addison.

 

Lori has been in banking since 2004 and is responsible for all aspects of lending including commercial, construction, agriculture and consumer in the Northern Colorado. She is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and a minor in Economics. She is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado University in Boulder, CO. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Centennial Rotary Club, NECCO Small Business Development Advisory Board, and treasurer for the Eaton Reds Wrestling Club.

Lori believes in providing excellent customer service to her clients while helping them to reach their financial goals.

Cameron Armagost oversees the operation of the Bank of Colorado in Fort Morgan and is responsible for developing new and maintaining current customers providing them with financial products including loans, deposit products and services for his community. Previously Cameron was Vice President in charge of Commercial Lending for the Bank of Colorado Eaton branch.

Cameron believes in assisting customers to determine the appropriate product or service for their banking needs. He partners with his customers to help provide them professional financial and banking advice to ensure their success.

Peter Armstrong Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Bank of Colorado in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Peter brings a tremendous amount of market experience and knows how to help our customers meet their financial and real estate goals. Peter began his career in commercial banking in Denver immediately upon graduating from Colorado College. He has never left the Denver metro market nor commercial banking. He specializes in real estate banking. Peter is dedicated to unconditional customer satisfaction. He knows how to best serve his customers and this is right inline with our bank’s core values.

Alex Austin’s banking career began as a part-time teller while attending college, an experience that shaped his passion for service and relationship-building. Through the years he has gained expertise in operations, deposit services, and treasury management. Now leading treasury management for Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico, Alex is dedicated to helping businesses navigate financial complexities with customized solutions that drive success. For Alex, banking is about more than numbers—it’s about trust. He takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring each client feels valued and supported. His leadership is rooted in humility, service, and a belief that financial partnerships create stronger communities. A proud Colorado native, he enjoys giving back, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.

Aaron joined the Bank Of Colorado team in 2017.  He has been involved in just about every facet of community banking over the last 20 years and spent the past 10 years honing his credit skills and analyzing loan requests for small to mid-sized businesses.  Today Aaron primarily focuses on providing real estate and business loan & deposit solutions for new and existing customers in the growing Northern Colorado market.  Aaron always serves the best interest of his clients first by building lifetime personal relationships in a community bank setting with a helpful, easy, and personal approach.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.  He is active in the Fort Collins and Loveland communities and volunteers for various community organizations and events.  He is also a member of the S.T.I.R. – Loveland Young Professionals group and enjoys cultivating new relationships with like-minded professionals.  
 

Seth joined Bank of Colorado in 2013 and is responsible for providing all aspects of lending including agricultural, commercial, and consumer opportunities in the Eaton area. Previously he worked as a Management Associate intern, Management Associate and then promoted to a Loan Officer.

He graduated from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business with an additional major in Business Administration.

Seth believes in getting involved in his community and supports many organizations. He also consistently provides superior service to exceed his customer’s expectations and enjoys putting his customers’ needs first. 

Kristine is a Consumer, Commercial/AG and Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of Colorado in Cedaredge and has 25 years of banking experience. Kristine is a lifelong resident of Delta County and has contributed over the years serving on boards, as well as coaching multiple youth athletic organizations and volunteering at the schools. She has served on the board for the Surface Creek Historical Society for the last several years and is in her 9th season as an assistant volleyball coach at the Cedaredge High School. In her free time, Kristine enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, running, and camping.

Michael Bellus joined Bank of Colorado in late 2007 as Vice President of Commercial Lending. Michael brings over 11 years of banking experience focused on lending and credit analysis, which has given him the foundation and expertise to help companies fund growth and expand, while also giving him the background to focus on the highest levels of customer service. Michael Bellus is a graduate of Colorado State University (2001), as well as the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado (2010).

A native of Northeastern Colorado, Jacob Beydler is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor's degree in finance and offers 15 years of banking experience. Jacob takes the time to understand his customer's needs and works hard to help them achieve their financial goals.

Outside of the bank, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and being an active member of his community. He is currently a Morgan Community College Foundation Board Member and a past president of the Morgan County Economic Development Corporation. When he is not busy helping customers, Jacob can be found outdoors hunting and camping.

Sarah is a Treasury Manager at Bank of Colorado and has been helping businesses with their banking needs since 2019. A dedicated banking professional, she has a strong connection to the communities she serves and is passionate about supporting their financial well-being. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing tailored treasury solutions to help businesses thrive. Outside of work, Sarah loves traveling and exploring new places, embracing new experiences that bring fresh perspectives to both her personal and professional life. Her dedication to her clients, combined with her love for adventure, makes her a trusted partner in banking and beyond.

Nolan joined the Bank of Colorado team  in 2015.  As a Loan Officer he is responsible for servicing and building a mortgage and commercial loan portfolio consisting of consumer, commercial and agricultural businesses.  He is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business.

Nolan is involved with the Northeast Colorado State University Alumni Association; co-leader for the St. John’s Catholic Young Men’s Group and is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Nolan’s priority is to serve his customers in a way where he can help them accomplish their goals while holding strong to his integrity and values.  He also believes in serving his community to help provide growth and new opportunities.

Christian started his banking career in 1993 and joined Bank of Colorado in 2005 as Vice President of Lending.  He was later appointed to the position of Branch President in 2007 where he manages the overall operations of the bank and lending opportunities in the Johnstown and Loveland market.   He received his BS in Finance from the University of Wyoming and MS in Finance from the University of Colorado-Denver.

 He is and has been involved in several community organizations and boards including Thompson Valley Rotary, Loveland Sertoma, McKee Medical Center Advisory Board, Engaging Loveland and Colorado Youth Outdoors. Christian brings a knowledgeable well-rounded banking perspective to providing solutions to the banks customers. He and his staff are committed to the mutual success of both the bank and client.

 

Karen joined Bank of Colorado in 2016 after taking a 2 year hiatus to sail the caribbean with her husband and two dogs. Her banking career started in the 80’s, and she has spent the last 15 years in commercial lending. Karen is a charter member of the Loveland Mountain View Rotary acting as Secretary for several years. She has also volunteered for Junior Achievement and the Ambassador and Leadership programs through the Loveland Chamber. She’s a previous board member of the Downtown Loveland Association and the Loveland Center for Business Development along with sitting on the Micro Loan Committee for several years.

A Colorado native and living in Loveland for the past 20 years, Karen stays very involved in the community and is very passionate in helping her customers succeed.

Ryan has been a community banker since 2001, and joined Bank of Colorado in Estes Park in 2019 as a Vice President of Commercial Lending. His background is in commercial real estate, construction, operating loans and equipment financing. Ryan can also assist with consumer financing requests, and by referring customers to other appropriate bank products, including cash management and residential mortgage financing.

Ryan graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. He has also attended the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin and volunteered with numerous community organizations.

Corey Brown is a Colorado native and a proud alumni of Colorado State University, where he received a bachelors degree in finance. He has over ten years of lending experience specializing in commercial and residential real estate in the Denver Metro area. When Corey is not at the bank, you will find him on a golf course or hiking with his family.

Chris joined the Bank of Colorado team in 2015.  He has been in banking for 19 years holding positions as a new account rep., loan processor, compliance rep., consumer and commercial loan officer and, branch manager.  He is now responsible for all aspects of Commercial Lending in the Northern Colorado area. 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.  He is a volunteer with United Way and the Fort Collins Chamber as well as a Board member for RamStrength.  It is very important to Chris to be involved in the local community: volunteering, sitting on community and non-profit boards.  He loves working with clients to help them achieve financial success and it is his utmost priority to exceed their expectations in customer service.

Tamara graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Economics. She began her banking career in Denver in 1987 and has been a Commercial Lender in the Longmont Community since 2004. She joined Bank of Colorado as Branch President in 2017 where manages the overall operations of the bank and lending opportunities in the Longmont and Boulder County market. She is on the Board of Directors at Longs Peak Hospital Foundation, BSA Adventure West Council and active with the Longmont Economic Development Partnership. Tamara brings a knowledgeable well-rounded banking perspective and enjoys partnering with clients and her community to assist and provide guidance for immediate and long-term financial needs. Tamara believes in the community banking environment where employees and customers are both valued and appreciated.

Kianna, a Grand Junction Native, joined the Bank of Colorado team in 2020 as an intern while finishing her Bachelor's of Business Administration at Colorado Mesa University (CMU). Following graduation, she transitioned into the Bank of Colorado Management Associate Program where she began learning every facet of the bank including positions both in operations and lending. She has since transitioned into the Loan Officer role. Her primary focus is in consumer lending; however, she strives to provide solutions to any problem customers may face through superior customer service and communication.

Kianna values collaboration and community and in efforts to embody her values, she is a member of the Young Professionals Network of Mesa County, the CMU Young Alumni Group, and is a graduate of the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Class. Her ultimate goal is to connect with others to create lasting relationships, to develop businesses and individuals, and most importantly to make the Grand Valley the best place to live and work in Colorado!

Clayton Collier has been a Glenwood Springs resident and local banker for nearly 20 years. Tim Croissant oversees the operation of the Bank of Colorado in Eaton and is responsible for developing new and maintaining current customers providing them with financial products including loans, deposit products and services for his community. He has been in banking for 26 years and was an original partner/founder of New West Bank prior to the acquisition by Bank of Colorado in May 2013. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. Tim serves on the Weld County School District Board of Education, Weld Food Bank, Network Beyond Non-Profit Foundation, and the Eaton Sertoma Club. Tim believes in assisting customers to determine the appropriate product or service for their banking needs. He partners with his customers to help provide them professional financial and banking advice to ensure their success.

My passion has and always will remain with people which is why I am a Loan Originator. I love helping others reach their goals of homeownership, financial freedom, and wealth accumulation. I consider myself a Relationship-Based Loan Officer because that is what each home buyer deserves. I pride myself on my hours spent mastering the craft, presenting loan options specific to each home buyers’ needs, and sharing insight on the market from a high-volume perspective.

Scott Davis began his banking career in 1998 and joined Bank of Colorado in 2011. He is the Denver Tech Center and Lakewood Market President and oversees an LPO in Boulder. He is responsible for the overall management and growth of the branches as well as all aspects of commercial and residential lending. Davis holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Cory was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and always wanted to live in Durango, CO. He attended Fort Lewis College where he played for the varsity soccer team and was part of two Division 2 National Championship teams. In 2011, Cory graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business. After finishing his undergraduate program, he decided to move back to Albuquerque and attend The University of New Mexico where he completed the MBA program with a concentration in Finance. Upon completion, Cory moved back to Durango and joined Bank of Colorado as a Management Trainee. He later moved on to become a Loan Officer.

Pennie DeClark joined the Bank of Colorado team as the Branch President in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Pennie is a longtime member of the Pagosa Springs community. She knows and understands how to best serve the needs of our customers. Prior to joining the Bank of Colorado, Pennie worked for Citizens Bank of Pagosa Springs for 12 years. A longtime resident of Pagosa Springs, Pennie has deep roots within the community and a tremendous amount of experience in community banking.

Michael DeLeon is responsible for commercial and real-estate banking relationships. His focus includes financing operating companies, income producing real-estate and commercial construction.

Michael began his carrer in commercial banking in Denver immediately upon graduating from Regis University. Being a native of Colorado, outside of work Mr. DeLeon enjoys hiking, skiing, golf and biking.

Bill Deter came to Bank of Colorado in Glenwood Springs in March of 2011. Prior, Bill worked on the front-range with over nineteen years of commercial banking experience. Bill is committed to providing excellence in customer satisfaction. Prior to moving, Bill and his family made the Roaring Fork Valley their ‘second home’ for over twenty years. Bill is active in many community events.

Jacob began his career at Bank of Colorado as a teller in 2019. He began serving consumer, commercial, and agricultural needs of customers in 2021 as a Loan Officer in Fort Morgan.

Growing up in Briggsdale, Colorado, Jacob was a member of FFA and the local 4-H Club in high school. After high school, he attended Northeastern Junior College and graduated with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. He then pursued a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance from University of Northern Colorado.

His background in the agricultural industry as well as his education gives him the ability to provide the best lending solutions for his clients. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing golf and basketball.

Michael joined the Bank of Colorado team in December of 2021. Prior to banking, he worked in public education where his community network grew exponentially. He looks forward to continuing to serve the community he grew up in as well as surrounding areas in helping individuals meet their financial goals. Michael has an undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Masters degree from Chadron State College.

Vickie Drew joined Bank of Colorado in 2000, bringing vast banking experience and a passion for helping others. A Colorado Springs native, she is dedicated to providing trusted financial solutions while building lasting relationships. Beyond banking, Vickie is deeply involved in local nonprofits, using her leadership to support her community. She takes pride in making a meaningful impact both in business and in the lives of those she serves.

Jordan joined Bank of Colorado in 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of lending including: commercial, consumer, and agricultural. He began his career as a Management Associate and was promoted to a Loan Officer in 2017, Assistant Vice President in 2022, and most recently, Vice President in 2023.

Before starting his career at Bank of Colorado, he graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Jordan continued his education and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2023. His dedication to the banking industry is evident through his graduation from the Colorado Banker's Association Center for Bank Advocacy Program, where he now serves as an advisory board member of the association.

Jordan firmly believes in giving back to the community that has supported him throughout his career. His involvement with the Fort Lupton Optimist Club stands as a testament to his commitment to community service. Serving as the Vice President of the club, Jordan actively contributes to initiatives aimed at fostering positive development and growth for the youth in the area. Jordan strives to provide exceptional customer service and help his clients reach their financial goals.

I was born in Mexico and moved to Fort Collins in 1999, where I grew up. Having lived and worked in Greeley since 2019, I have come to love this place as my home. With 14 years of experience working for various banking and financial institutions, I take pride in my career because, as an immigrant, I know that purchasing a home is a significant step towards achieving The American Dream. My professional motto is the Uncle Ben Quote “With great power comes great responsibility”. My goal is to help anyone who is wanting to become homeowners, whether they speak English or Spanish, achieve their dreams. I love to work hard but in my time off I enjoy my three puppies and my 200+ collection of plants.

Ryan joined Bank of Colorado in 2009 as a loan officer. He is a native of Northeastern Colorado where he grew up on a farm near Fleming. Ryan is actively involved in various community organizations including the Sterling Urban Renewal Authority, Economic Development and the president of Advancing Modern Professionals for tomorrow (AMPT). Ryan offers knowledgeable experience in agricultural, commercial and consumer lending to help customers with their every need.

Maddie started with Bank of Colorado in 2010 as a teller and has worked her way up throughout many roles. After graduating from UNC and going through the Management Associate Program, she was a Loan Officer in Fort Morgan then moved back to her hometown where she continued to grow into the Vice President position. Maddie was promoted to Market President in June of 2024, where she continues to help customers with any need and oversees all branch operations.

David Evens serves as the Market President in Brighton Colorado and has since its inception in 2018. David joined Bank of Colorado in 2001 and spent 17 years in Fort Lupton where he served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for all aspects of commercial, residential and consumer lending. He is a graduate from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. Dave’s strong credit analysis skills, lending and community banking experience has allowed him to become a valued resource for his many business clients.

Darian Foster joined Bank of Colorado in 2023, bringing four years of treasury management experience. She is passionate about helping businesses manage and optimize their funds through tailored financial solutions. With a strong understanding of cash flow strategies, Darian ensures her clients have the right tools to control, concentrate, and invest their funds effectively. Originally from Wyoming, Darian moved to Colorado Springs to support her husband’s active-duty military service. She values building lasting relationships with her clients and takes pride in providing guidance with care and expertise. Jeff Franklin has worked for Bank of Colorado since 1992 and is the Market President in Grand Junction. Jeff is proud to be an alumni of the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming and graduated with a BS in Business Administration. It is very important to Jeff to be involved in the local community and currently he is a board member of the Business Incubator and STRIVE Foundation Board. Ashleigh joined the Bank of Colorado as an intern in 2014. In 2015, upon completion of her Bachelor Degree, Ashleigh became a Management Associate in Yuma before being promoted to a Loan Officer the following year.  She is responsible for all aspects of lending including agricultural, commercial, consumer, and mortgage. She brings over 5 years of experience in various facets of banking.

Ashleigh is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. She thrives on small town, rural life and enjoys giving back to her community.  She is involved in the Washington County Cattlewomen’s Association, FFA Advisory Board at the local high school, Delta Chi Sorority, and is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Parish. 
 

Rather than finding himself on the fast track at one of the big national banks, Cody knew from the start that he’d rather have real connections with customers. That’s why he joined us in 1993. After six years at our Cody, Wyoming, branch, he headed to Craig, Colorado, to lead our branch there.

In 2000, he came to Ft. Collins where you’ll still find him today, always looking for new ways to help the people and businesses of our community. Like rewarding employees with gift cards from local companies rather than national chains. And being a resource to customers beyond account questions, including an apartment owner who looks to Cody for his thoughts on keeping his rental rates competitive.

Cody’s proud to be alumni of the University of Wyoming, where he received his BS in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. When Cody’s not at the bank, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, playing golf, cheering on his favorite teams or refereeing a local basketball game. 

Ty is a community banking professional with a strong agriculture background ranging from organic systems to dairy farming. He specializes in AG and Commercial lending and has a sound understanding of the community banking model. He works to continually engage business and farm leaders to help better serve the community. He was born and raised on the Front Range of Colorado and enjoys the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.

Ryan began his banking career in 2008. He is the Market President overseeing the Montrose South, North and Olathe branches. He brings years of lending and executive management experience to the bank and is responsible for the overall management of operations, commercial and residential lending.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies, with a minor in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. Ryan’s career began in Omaha, NE back when he enrolled in a work release program in high school that not only granted him freedom from the classroom but hands on experience in the financial industry. Doug is a Colorado native, having grown up on a small farm in Northeast Colorado where he was actively engaged in 4-H and FFA with an emphasis on livestock production. He's a graduate of NJC and continued his studies at CSU receiving a Bachelor's Degree in animal science and a Masters Degree in Integrated Resource Management, specializing in feedlot management. Since 2005, Doug has primarily focused his banking career around agriculture and commercial lending.

Deems Hargleroad joined Bank of Colorado in 2014.  Deems is a native of the Chicago area and has been in Northern Colorado for 10 years working that entire time in Commercial Lending.   Deems graduated in 1997 from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a degree in Advertising Management and  minor in Business.  Prior to moving to Colorado, Deems and his wife Jennifer lived in Overland Park, Kansas and Columbus, Ohio.  When Deems isn’t at the bank he is busy helping his wife Jennifer with her Pediatric Dental practice and raising their three children.  From Deems’s experience with his wife’s dental practice, he provides a unique perspective in working with business owners where he can truly understand the perspective of a business owner as opposed to just empathizing.  Deems is an active member of the Fort Collins Foothills Rotary Club and a board member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Preschool. 

 

As a Colorado native, Kaylee has loved the state so much she has never left. She graduated from Colorado State University and has been in banking since then, for over a decade. A true generalist, she is well versed with CRE, residential and C&I lending. When not at work, she is surviving parenthood with two young boys at home.

Mike is a Loan Officer for Bank of Colorado’s Boulder market and has 2.5 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to banking, Mike owned and operated a few restaurants and bars in Charlottesville, VA. After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Mike went to the University of Denver to obtain his MBA in finance. Mike enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals through a solutions-oriented, responsive, and quick-to-act approach. He is also active in the community through organizations and volunteer opportunities. He is currently a Board Member for Localworks, an organization that partners with the City of Wheat Ridge to connect the city, local business, and residents to advance the community. Melisa JacksonPalmer joined Bank of Colorado in 2002 through the Management Trainee program and has built a career centered on service and connection. Kate Johnson is a proud third-generation Colorado Native from Peyton. Growing up, she was very involved in the Western and Agriculture Community participating in 4H, various equestrian activities, and holding several rodeo queen titles. In her spare time, you can find her hiking, hunting, or spending time outdoors with her husband, Eric, and their dog, Leo. Kate is currently highly involved in the El Paso County Community serving on the Fair Advisory Board and Coordinating for the County Fair Queen Program. Kate began her mortgage career in 2015 as a setup processor, working her way up through various roles.

Chris Jones joins Bank of Colorado in July 2017 as Branch President. As a native of Craig, Chris brings his fifteen years of executive management experience to the Craig team. He will be responsible for the overall management of branch operations, as well as commercial and real estate lending. Chris holds a Masters of Science in Accounting degree from Regis University, Denver; and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Colorado College.

Since returning to Craig in 2009, Chris has become an active member of the Craig community. He is a co-founder and current president of Friends of Moffat County Education, a non-profit group helping educators expand the learning horizon for the children of Moffat County. He also served as board member for the Craig-Moffat County Economic Development Partnership. Chris is also active in helping coach various youth sports.

Chris is excited to join the Bank of Colorado team. Having moved his family to Craig to raise their children in the small town atmosphere which he enjoyed; Chris wants to play an active role in identifying and implementing solutions to ensure the long term growth and sustainability of the regional economy. Mitch grew up on a farm/ranch outside of Brush, Colorado. He attended Northeastern Junior College and then Colorado State University, graduating with a double major in Ag Business and Animal Science. While attending NJC, he did an internship with Bank of Colorado in Sterling, and was heavily involved with the Livestock Judging Program.

Mitch began his banking career in 2003 working over 10 years in La Junta, Colorado prior to relocating back to Northeast Colorado.  He brings over 15 years of Ag/Community banking experience to his leadership role as Market President in Akron.  He is active in the local 4-H and FFA programs and youth sports activities and is an Elder for the First Presbyterian Church.  Mitch has a high priority of serving his customers and the communities in Washington County.    

A Texas native, Jenny joined Bank of Colorado in 2013 and has led Treasury Management for the Johnstown, Loveland, and Longmont markets since 2016. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping businesses succeed with expert treasury solutions. Deeply committed to her community, Jenny serves on the board of Loveland’s Community Kitchen, supports Colorado Youth Outdoors and Meals on Wheels, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. Neal joined the Bank of Colorado team in 2016. Todd has been in banking over 13 years and brings a multitude of experience to the Bank of Colorado team with Lending and Management experience. He is responsible for all aspects of lending including real estate and commercial opportunities in the Denver Metro area.  Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah. 

He is active in his community and enjoys working with the Easter Seals and KIND. He also is involved with the Solich Caddie & Leadership Academy, a two-year caddie-training program that creates opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills and enhance character through a foundation built around caddying.

Jack joined the Bank of Colorado in November of 2021 and is responsible for all aspects of lending in the lower Colorado River Valley.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, CO. He is an active board member on the Colorado River Valley Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Rifle Rotary Club.

Jack has an extensive history in land surveying and construction which adds to his knowledge of the local markets. His approach to lending is service based, finding new and creative ways to help his customers meet their financial goals.

Alex joined Bank of Colorado in February of 2023. He was born in Steamboat Springs, CO, graduating from Steamboat Springs High School. Alex graduated from a college in San Diego, CA with a degree in Business Administration. He started his banking career in 2013 with various roles within the financial industry before moving to Durango in 2020. His passion within banking is working in the commercial/business lending area and loves to learn and work with businesses in the community.

Alex is a member of High Noon Rotary and part of the Durango Youth Hockey board, he also coaches youth hockey. Outside of his banking career, Alex enjoys hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping and spending time with his family in the great outdoors of Colorado.

Paul brings over 19 years of banking and management skills to the Bank of Colorado team. He is responsible for all aspects of lending including consumer, real estate, SBA Loans and commercial opportunities in the Greeley area. Prior to joining Bank of Colorado he was VP of New West Bank and VP/Branch President with First National Bank-Greeley. Paul holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business from University of Northern Colorado. He also served on the Leadership Weld County advisory Board and volunteers as a basketball/softball coach for the Greeley Evans Youth League. Christina is a born and raised Colorado native. She graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance. Her banking career began in 2004 at First National Bank - Alaska, where she served as a Loan Officer in Fairbanks, Alaska. In 2013, she returned to Colorado and joined the Bank of Colorado team in Estes Park. Within a year she was promoted to Market President and has remained there ever since.

Today, Christina is still a resident of Estes Park and enjoys being an active member of the community. Her involvement includes United Way, Junior Achievement, Small Business Development Center, and the Chamber of Commerce. Kacey provides the Eaton community and surrounding areas with services in agricultural, commercial, and consumer lending. Kacey is originally from Brush, CO and grew up in the agricultural industry. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. Kacey began her career with Bank of Colorado in Sterling, CO as a Management Associate in June of 2017 and was then promoted to Loan Officer in 2018. Chris is a Weld County native and he currently lives in Greeley with his wife Jennifer and their son Elliott. He started with the Pinnacle family in 2001. Melissa Lewis is a Colorado native, growing up on the Western Slope. In her time with the Bank of Colorado, she has served in various roles focusing in bank operations and customer service. Jay grew up on the South Side of Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1990. He obtained his MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Jay has 30+ years in banking, having worked in San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles, before moving to Colorado Springs in 2006. Areas of expertise include non-profit entities and healthcare. He is currently a Springs Rescue Mission mentor, and model ship building has become his favorite pastime.

Steve was raised on a dry land farm in Northeastern Colorado and has worked for Bank of Colorado since the opening of the Sterling Branch in 1995. He is a 1984 graduate of Colorado State University, has an MBA from Regis College and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. He has been involved in all aspects of banking over the past 30+ years and looks for ways to “help make a better community”. He was formerly on the Sterling Urban Renewal Authority Board and the past president of the Logan County Economic Development Corporation and Sterling Lions Club. Steve is committed to making sure his customers get the answers and products they need as well as great and timely service that they deserve.

Robert has been in banking over 29 years and brings a multitude of experience to the Bank of Colorado team with Lending and Management experience. He is responsible for all aspects of lending including agriculture, real estate, and commercial opportunities in Northern Colorado. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Northern Colorado in Business Administration/Finance-Marketing. Also completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, Boulder. He serves on the Kiwanis of Rockies Board, Evans Chamber of Commerce Board/past President and on the board of the Thrivent Community Plains. Bob is focused on providing quality customer service while meeting the needs of his customers.

Dan has been with Bank of Colorado since 2012, serving as a Commercial Lender. He is responsible for all aspects of lending including commercial, real estate, and consumer opportunities in the Grand Junction area.

He is a 1999 graduate of Colorado Mesa University. Dan is involved with the Grand Junction Downtown Development Authority and Business Improvement District Board. He believes in serving his community with the highest integrity and getting things done in a timely basis to help businesses and individuals accomplish their goals. Clayton has been the Branch President in Brush since February 2019 and was born and raised in Morgan County. He is a graduate of Colorado State University with Bachelor Degrees in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Education. Clay is responsible for management of the branch as well as the development of personal, commercial, and agricultural relationships in and around the community in which he serves.

Greg Murray joined the Bank of Colorado team in 2021 and brings with him over 17 years of banking experience. As a lender, Greg has extensive experience in building relationships with borrowers and helping them find tailored financial solutions to meet their needs. He is versed in all aspects of banking with a focus on real estate and commercial lending in Southwest Colorado. 

Greg moved to Durango from Chicago in 2012, to be near family and enjoy the prolific outdoors the Western Slope embodies. He has focused on creating meaningful connections in the Durango community and helping those most in need. He served as Vice President for iAM Music, volunteer for Habit for Humanity, Mercy Hospice, and most recently helped with the La Plata County vaccination efforts.  He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Italian. Originally from Flagstaff, AZ Tristen values the small town of Durango and the authentic relationships that she has built through being a commercial lender in Durango since 2019.

Currently, Tristen serves as the Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Colorado, driven by a commitement to the power of mentorship. Tristen also serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Katz School of Business.

David joined Bank of Colorado in 2019, with over 8 years of lending, sales and management experience. He is responsible for providing financial solutions and delivering lending, depository and related banking services to consumers, commercial businesses and professional service firms in Northwest Colorado .He is a native of Grand Junction and attended Colorado Mesa University.  David believes in giving back to the community by volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association, Palisade Chamber of Commerce, Tears Foundation and an Athletic Coach for youth Basketball and Soccer.  His service philosophy is to develop long term relationships, while providing a high level of customer service and integrity for his customers and the bank.

Dan Nordberg is Market President for Colorado Springs and oversees the area's branch operations and business development efforts.

Prior to joining Bank of Colorado, Nordberg worked as Director of Rural Affairs and Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration. In those capacities, he was tasked with leading national outreach to rural entrepreneurs as well as overseeing the delivery of agency loan programs across a six state region. He also previously served in the Colorado House of Representatives where he represented northern Colorado Springs for five years.

Born and raised in Colorado, Nordberg graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts. He and his wife, Maura, are the proud parents of three children and enjoy being active members of the community.

Brad joined the Bank of Colorado Montrose market in 2016.  He is a Montrose native and has over 12 years of commercial banking experience in Montrose. He enjoys establishing a relationship with his clients and gaining full understanding of their needs to help them achieve their business goals. His focus will include commercial, construction, agriculture, SBA, and consumer lending needs.

Darrick joined the Bank of Colorado team in 2015. Kim joined the staff of Bank of Colorado Fort Collins in 2000. She currently has over 25 years of banking experience in the Northern Colorado area. Previously Kim served in the operations department before making the switch to the lending side of the bank. This combination of experience in all areas of banking has given her a vast knowledge of all facets of banking that serves her customers well.

Stephen joined Bank of Colorado in 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of lending including consumer, real estate, and commercial opportunities in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Stephen is an experienced lender with the ability to service customers with all their commercial and consumer lending needs. His service philosophy is collaborative. Matt joined Bank of Colorado in 2014. He is responsible for all aspects of agriculture and commercial lending including Operating Loans and Lines, Equipment Loans, Livestock Loans and Real Estate opportunities in the Akron area.  

Pieper holds duel Bachelor of Science degrees from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, in Soil and Crop Sciences and Agricultural Business. He is a member of Knights of Columbus, Akron FFA Advisory Board and a member of St. Joseph’s Church.  Matt believes in serving his community with the highest integrity and getting things done in a timely basis to help businesses and individuals accomplish their goals. John Schmidt is a long-time resident of the Grand Valley and has been in the local banking industry since 1998. John is a Board Member of the Bookcliff Country Club, he's on the Marillac Health Donations Committee and also a member of the Grand Junction Kiwanis Club. Wade has worked in the real estate industry in Durango, CO since 2004. He spent several years building homes in the Steamboat Springs area and moved to Durango in late 2003 to start a real estate appraisal business. With that, Wade was able to appraise residential property in southwestern Colorado for many years and bring his construction and appraisal experience to the mortgage lending industry at the Bank of Colorado.

As a Senior Loan Officer, Scott has worked as a mortgage professional for more than 23 years. Hugo Villa began his banking career in 2012 and joined the Bank of Colorado team in 2018. His banking experience focuses on lending, relationship management and retail operations, giving him the background to focus on the greatest levels of customer service. As a Loan Officer he is responsible for all aspects of lending, including consumer, real estate, and commercial/agriculture lending. His responsibilities include developing new and maintaining current customers. Hugo enjoys serving his community and strongly believes in doing what's right for the customer.

 

Jennifer is a proud Colorado native and graduate of Colorado State University with degree in Business Administration.  She has been rewarded by a 25+ year career in the banking industry, with all of those years in Northern Colorado.  As a Senior Vice President with Bank of Colorado, Jennifer has extensive experience in all aspects of banking, with a strong specialization in real estate lending.  She has been a member of numerous boards in Northern Colorado, with a focus on affordable housing and helping the kids in our community be set up for success.  Jennifer is committed to community excellence and believes in personal service.  She enjoys the ever-changing banking industry as well as getting things done in a timely basis to help businesses and individuals accomplish their goals.

Sue joined Bank of Colorado in early 2012 and has been a commercial lender in Fort Collins since 1982. Her business banking career has included lending and management experience in commercial, construction and real estate lending in northern Colorado with some of her banking relationships spanning three generations over the years. Developing and maintaining long term relationships is a priority. Sue is a Colorado State University graduate in Finance/Real Estate and holds a paralegal certificate. Community service is also a priority, and she has been integrally involved in leadership roles for several nonprofits. Currently, her nonprofit service includes the Board of Boys and Girls Clubs of Larimer County and Fort Collins Rotary Club. Sue loves serving her community and strongly believes in doing what is right for her customers.

Rachel Walker is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and moved to Colorado after graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 with a degree in Finance. She joined Bank of Colorado in 2013 and is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, specializing in both commercial and residential real estate and working capital loans. Rachel finds great reward in building long-standing relationships through successfully fulfilling her customers banking needs.

Wendy joined Bank of Colorado in 2000. She is an Agriculture Business graduate from Colorado State University, and she is involved in numerous community organizations including, United Way of Morgan County. Wendy brings her background in ranching and farming to assist her agriculture customers, as well as her hometown values.

Nicole Walusis serves as the Market President for Windsor, where she combines her strong leadership, deep community banking knowledge, and heart for service to support customers and grow meaningful relationships. Known for her ability to lead high-performing teams, Nicole takes pride in mentoring lenders and developing personalized solutions that help clients and communities thrive. 

A lifelong learner, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Colorado, as well as a Master’s in Banking from the University of Washington. Her educational background strengthens her ability to navigate a constantly evolving financial landscape with clarity and confidence. 

Nicole views her role not just as a profession, but as a way to make a lasting impact. She is deeply committed to creating an environment of trust, connection, and care—ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. 

Her dedication to service extends beyond the bank, with active involvement in organizations like Book Trust, the Boys and Girls Club, and The Food Bank for Larimer County. Nicole believes in showing up for her community and being part of something bigger. 

At home, Nicole and her husband, Matt, are raising three young children—keeping life full of laughter, learning, and love.

Kelsi is a Colorado native, happily residing in Delta County. She began her banking career in 2016 and has filled several roles within the bank. She is responsible for consumer, agricultural, commercial, and real estate lending opportunities in the Hotchkiss area.

Community involvement is important to Kelsi. She serves on the board for the Hotchkiss Community Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Delta County Fair Board. Kelsi is passionate about providing the best service possible to help customers meet their financial goals.

Arlyn took a grassroots approach to his current position as a Sr. Loan Counselor for Bank of Colorado. He started as a Processor with United Bank back in 1983 and then moved into a Loan Officer position where over the years, he has learned all aspects of the mortgage business. He has worked for very small companies, and mega lenders, and has found that Bank of Colorado mortgage is the perfect combination of size, service, product, and reputation that meets our customers’ needs.

Family time is important as he spends spare time playing golf with his wife and entertaining six grandchildren. He looks forward to servicing your mortgage needs.

 

John Wharton is an experienced commercial lender specializing in commercial and income producing real-estate banking along with financing for operating companies. John's goal is to address and meet his customer's financial and real-estate goals throughout the lending process by understanding each relationship's unique business needs.

John earned a B.S. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder before making the move to Newport Beach, CA, where he was a part of the mergers and acquisitions team for a boutique hospitality group. After a few years of surfing and diving, the traffic became too much to bear and he headed home to the Centennial State.

When he's not in the office, you can find John on the hill, court, rink or course taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer. If you are looking for a little friendly competition, John is your guy.

Jacob began his career at Bank of Colorado in 2022 as a Teller and New Accounts Representative, quickly earning a promotion to Treasury Management Sales Representative in early 2024. His passion for customer service, business solutions, and community engagement has helped him build strong relationships with the people and businesses of Fort Lupton. Robert Wirebaugh is a Treasury Manager who has been with Bank of Colorado since 2016. Starting as a teller, he quickly advanced to Branch Manager before joining the Denver Treasury team. He enjoys helping businesses navigate their financial needs with personalized solutions. Raised in Colorado Springs, Robert holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Fort Lewis College. Harriette is a Senior Loan Officer and Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) with 18 years of experience in residential lending. Harriette serves on the board of the Estes Chamber of Commerce, the Estes Valley Board of Realtors and was named in BizWest’s Notable Women in Mortgage 2022. EJ Wright joined Bank of Colorado in 2007. She has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of residential lending, including: FHA, VA, RD, and First Time Homebuyers Programs.

She has been chosen several times as the Logan County Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year. EJ has also received the Bank of Colorado President’s Club Award multiple times for outstanding production.
