WADE SLINGERLAND

Wade has worked in the real estate industry in Durango, CO since 2004. He spent several years building homes in the Steamboat Springs area and moved to Durango in late 2003 to start a real estate appraisal business. With that, Wade was able to appraise residential property in southwestern Colorado for many years and bring his construction and appraisal experience to the mortgage lending industry at the Bank of Colorado.
