Greeley Branch Slated for Remodel

Shawn Osthoff, President of Bank of Colorado, announces, "Bank of Colorado is pleased to announce that the Greeley branch, located at 3459 W 20th Street is slated for an extensive remodel.  We are undergoing a face-lift with exciting changes inside and out.  We have started construction to create a more open, efficient and convenient banking experience for our customers and will be occupying the entire first floor of our building.  This remodel will allow us to have Banking, Mortgage and Investment Services all under one roof, to better serve our customers."

Lonnie Ochsner, Market President of Bank of Colorado, echoed Osthoff's comments, "Bank of Colorado is proud of this investment in the Greeley market, and to create an environment within this location that is updated and fresh, we hired the local construction team of Growling Bear Inc, and architect Burkett Design to create a new entry and lobby, 19 offices, board room and a large safe deposit box area.  The front of the building and grounds will also be updated to include a new entrance canopy and landscaping."

This extensive renovation is anticipated to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2014.  Hours are anticipated to remain the same during the renovation.
