TREASURY MNGT SALES REP
Job Description
- Promotes and sells treasury management products to existing and prospective customers.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/prospective customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Makes joint calls with lending staff.
- Makes in person and telephone calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers.
- Supplies cash management officer with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Installation and training of treasury management equipment and access.
- Provide sales support to third party provides including merchant service, payroll services, insurance sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Knowledge of treasury management products, sales, and compliance.
- Knowledge of management practices and principles.
- Knowledge of Fiserv system, Word, Excel, and cash management software.
- Skill in communicating and coordinating activities with management, customers, coworkers, and vendors. Communication must be timely and strong.
- Ability to develop a strong sales and service-based culture.
- Ability to research and develop new products and techniques.
- Ability to travel.
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.
- Five or more years of sales and banking experience preferred.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0-24%
Set up customer sites on merchant card.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24%
